Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 15th and 16th of June 2011, ELARD will organize the "LAGs Global Networks Seminar"
in the Island of Ellivuori, Finland.
This seminar among other, will focus on the topic of LEADER piloting outside EU "borders"
including regions in Africa, Latin America and Russia. Guest speakers
from the OECD, the European Commission, ELARD experts and many more will be present in this event.
On behalf of the President of ELARD, Mr. Petri Rinne, you are kindly invited
